So, who are we?

Why should you, someone who has never interacted with us before, take a chance, and wind up working with us to get back your timeshare compensation? Well, we thought to try and ease your concerns, we would talk a little bit about who we are. 

For us, life began when we looked at the market for timeshare compensation claims and saw a gap. What a lot of people didn’t do, which confused us, was focus on customer service. Most companies see you as being just another source of income. There’s no personality to it. It was all quite detached and formal. Now, this isn’t a bad thing, in the right measures, but for a company who is potentially working with people who have lost everything, it doesn’t seem right not to put the customer first. 

We thought we could do better. We believe that the customer, you, is the pivotal component in everything that we do. If we didn’t have you, we wouldn’t have anything. So the entire business of helping you to make claims for compensation needs to be geared towards making sure your experience is the best it can be. 

So, with that in mind, we set out to try and deliver an incredible experience for you. We wanted people to understand and to see that there are many different ways in which customer service can be the centrepoint for a business. It’s important to be able to have trust in the people who are going to get you back your money, the ones who are going to attempt to fight for you. That’s something that we intend to do by really giving you the best possible options.
