Grand Holidays Club.
Grand Holidays Club offers a portfolio of four Timeshare Resorts.
- Atlantic Garden in Fuerteventura
- Flamingo in Tenerife
- Oasis Lanz in Lanzarote
- Vista Verde in Gran Canaria
These resorts are included in the Interval International exchange system. Despite the denial from the salespeople selling the Grand Holidays product, it most definitely is a timeshare product. As such, owners of the Grand Holidays timeshare system have an associated maintenance fee to pay every year.
Grand Holidays still uses scratch card touts on the streets to entice people in for what turns out to be a timeshare presentation.
What your not often told by the salespeople that are pedalling their timeshare product, is that; all timeshare resorts are accessible to anyone through websites such as booking.com.
With many of these package deals working out to less than joining a timeshare system. Many of our clients who purchased with Grand holiday paid a deposit on a credit card. If this was you, then we will be able to process your case through your credit card company. Forming the correct arguments is essential when presenting a section 75 claim as the banks and credit card companies are entirely within their right to turn down your section 75 claim if you haven’t got substantive evidence.
We specialise in failed claims. So even if you have tried and were unable to recover the money back through your credit card company, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it isn’t possible. More persuasive arguments and more compelling evidence will have to be resubmitted by us to obtain your refund. Our experience and knowledge within the timeshare and financial sector will mean that your chance of success will be much higher than submitting the claim yourself.
If you purchased a membership with Grand Holidays and would like to exit your contract and make a claim, then get in touch.
